After establishing the Harborview Market, a successful neighborhood gathering place, Rick and Michele Torres with their son, John, decided to create a special live music venue. The venue became the Park City Music Hall. David Barbour worked closely with the family to create and implement their vision. The lively entertainment venue is now a major neighborhood and regional attraction.
