Meeting House Green is an active adult community designed specifically for adults, age 55 and older.

 

The sloping, 30 acre wooded site provides the setting for a close knit community of three bedroom Cape Cod style homes ranging in size from 2000 to 2200 SF. Each home has it’s own two car garage, living/ dining/ great room, eat-in kitchen, three bedrooms, and one and one half baths

 

One of the ideas central to the design by David Barbour Architects is the circular, open public green space, which allows a place for neighborhood concerts, parties and fairs. The “Meeting House” town green also provides a destination for parents and grandparents to walk with their visiting children and grandchildren
