Our clients purchased an unusual home, which was dated and awkwardly organized. The home is in an intimate, exclusive, historic, harbor-front community.

We assisted in the design of a complete exterior renovation, The design was closely scrutinized and approved by the local Historic District Commission.

 

We assisted with the complete re-design of the interior of the home, including creating a more open, welcoming entrance sequence, adding a bedroom and a complete re-thinking of the Kitchen as well as the Master Bedroom and Master Bath.

The Dining and Family Rooms were also enhanced.

 

In the end, our clients essentially had a new home, which sits comfortably within its community of historic neighbors and enjoys wonderful, private water views.
